WARRANTY

Terms of Warranty: Manufacturer (SIBERIAN BUSHING / STRONGFLEX) warranties all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function. Any claim alleging that a Manufacturer product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. This warranty is non-transferable. This warranty has no cash value. Manufacturer will exchange/replace any and all products which have met the provisions below and have been deemed defective by either Manufacturer or an authorized dealer. This warranty does not apply to products which:

  1. Have been modified or disassembled
  2. Have been improperly applied
  3. Have been installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes, or any other non-cataloged applications
  4. Have been subjected to use outside of normal operating conditions
  5. Show signs of regular use and wear, but are not defective

Costs incurred for removal of defective products or installation of replacements are not covered by this warranty, nor are any other damages (either incidental or consequential), regardless of when failure occurs.

Warranty period:

Siberian Bushing™ warrants its products against defects in workmanship or materials for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase.

Strongflex TM warranty is limited to the products, depending on the purpose: 24 months for yellow PU (SPORT) and a lifetime warranty for red PU products (excluding use in motorsport), counted from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and does not cover installation labor and shipping costs. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the supplied bush.

Fill out the “Warranty Act”

Send the completed and signed “Warranty Act” scan file (PDF or JPG) to the below email address: info@durable.parts

Wait for the reply with information that your warranty case is in progress

Wait for the reply with our Warranty Manager’s conclusion on your case (usually it takes a couple of days since reception of the completed “Warranty Act”)

SPL Parts Inc. suspension products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

If a product fails to meet specifications, SPL PARTS INC. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment, if SPL PARTS INC. determines to its satisfaction that the product is defective in material or workmanship, i.e. contains a defect arising out of the manufacture of the product and not a defect caused by other circumstances, including, but not limited to accident, misuse, abuse, unforeseeable use, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper adjustment, improper repair, corrosion, or failure caused by other equipment or interaction with other equipment. Using any SPL PARTS INC. arm as a tie/strap down point (ie. for a dyno session or transport) will void the warranty.

SPL PARTS INC. is not responsible for labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of SPL PARTS INC. exceed the purchase price of the product.

SPL PARTS INC. makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, including limitation warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SPL PARTS INC. shall not be liable for, and buyer assumes all risk of, any advice or failure to provide advice by SPL PARTS INC. to buyer regarding the product or use and installation of product. SPL PARTS INC. shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

If the purchaser of the product shall fail to pay when due any portion of the purchase price, or fail to meet any terms required under contract agreed on at time of purchase, all warranties and remedies granted can be terminated.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. All warranty claims must be returned to SPL PARTS INC. for inspection, for the claim to be processed. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
