RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition. All items should have original packaging, not used, not damaged. The return of goods is at the expense of the buyer. We apply a 10% restocking fee for returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds for such returns occur upon receipt of the goods by the seller. The buyer is solely responsible for receiving the parcel in the country of destination. In the case of return of the parcel marked “not claimed” the cost of re-shipment is paid by the buyer additionally.

If you received broken or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, take and send pictures of the item and the package. Damaged items will be replaced after shipping carrier investigation.

In the event of a warranty situation, the buyer follows the instructions described on the page “Warranty” and sends the seller a warranty act with a request to replace the part or return its value.
