RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Durable Parts LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy outlined below.

General Return Conditions

  • Parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the part price.
  • Returned parts must be new, unused, complete, and in their original, unmarked manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Customised bushings are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in.
  • Returns may not be refundable if the part or the manufacturer’s box is damaged in transit to our warehouse.

Shipping and Responsibility

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of seller error or defective items.
  • If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because of an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the parcel is successfully delivered to the return address. If a package is returned to us marked “not claimed,” any cost of re-shipment must be paid by the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
  • Take and send clear pictures of the item and its packaging.
  • Damaged items will be replaced after a shipping carrier investigation has been completed.

Warranty Claims

  • In the event of a warranty issue, the buyer must follow the instructions described on the “Warranty” page.
  • A completed warranty act must be submitted with a request for part replacement.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned package.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement or account.
